For Inquiry this term we have been researching Eric Carle and how he creates his collage art.
After reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar we made collage butterflies.
First we painted our own paper the colours we wanted and added some texture.
Then we drew shapes on the white side of the paper.
Then we cut the shapes out and glued them onto a background so they made a butterfly.

Wheels Day at Clive School

We wrote stories about what we did and thought about wheels day.

I rode my bike at school. I went over the jump.
I felt happy because I love riding on my bike.
